WeddingDay Magazine Styled Shoot

A few months ago Emily’s Eats had the pleasure of doing a styled shoot with some fierce gal pals.
It was Magical to say the least. I had never done one before and wasn’t too sure how the whole thing worked.
The event venue was in Indianapolis, IN at The Sanctuary on Penn. (I will put all of the links at the bottom) I had been to this venue before for other work related things and it just reminded me of an old church. Very wooden and old school. It is BEAUTIFUL with its old church vibes and feel.

It is such a neat place but if a church venue isn’t your thing then it may not be the right fit for you. . . . HOWEVER, with that being said. Copper Jade Events & Design turned it into a modern affair. Vanessa, owner of Copper Jade Events & Design, had a vision of peaches, golds, eucalyptus, and geometrical shapes. The colors were designed to pull the orange tints from the walls already in place at The Sanctuary on Penn . It truly changed the entire church feel and broadened its possibilities.

So many hands went into helping this vision become a reality.

So during the shoot we mocked up a head table, a reception for the guests, a cocktail hour, and even the before the scenes of the “bride and groom” getting ready. It was SO MUCH FUN!
